STYX Project Space is proud to present "La RanaMana en Cama," a performance by Raúl DeNieves.

This will be a rare opportunity for Berliners to witness one of the chaotic, delirious live actions that DeNieves has become notorious for in New York, where he frequently performs with the anarchic metal art combo Try Cry Try. "La RanaMana en Cama" will take place in a bed, that place where dreams are born and desires are often fulfilled, and will attempt to furnish a visceral answer to the question posed by the artist: "What would it feel like to give a painful, yet colorless birth?" Expect to get wet, messy, and twisted.

Raúl DeNieves was born in 1983 in Morelia Michuacan, Mexico. He lives and works in New York, where he is part of the collective "Lives With Animals". He is represented by Newman Popiashvili Gallery, NY.

The performance starts at 7:30 pm
